The Friday Funny: Long-range weather forecasting in the U.S.

In anticipation of both Patricia’s report back on the complexity and evaluation conference in Utrecht, The Netherlands – and after some interesting discussions today on causation and indigenous concepts in evaluation (at the anzea regional symposium in Auckland), this seemed a good time to recycle this all-time classic. It was (as far as I know) originally posted on EVALTALK in 2002 by Meg Gawler (original source unknown), and illustrates beautifully the systems concept of reinforcing loops ….
